I got it in Tampa (Precision) and traded it in in Orlando. I always got everything done at the dealership. When they had to repair it because someone hit it they had a relationship with a local autobody shop authorized to repair Merc.
The leather cleaners I used were what Ford sold/gave us for our Explorer, or the stuff we used for our furniture. Both were fine, never a problem.
