I kind of got the impression that Naima was forcing herself to "open up" for the sake of winning during that last episode. She knew she had to "fix" her introspectiveness or else lose. I have a hard time believing that someone who was just sooo mysterious and closed off for weeks and weeks was all of a sudden peppy and outgoing. Kudos to her though for knowing how to meet their expectations.

I disagree that Kahlen has a better walk than Naima. IMO, Naima stole the whole runway show. As Tyra would say, she "owned" it, she was "fierce."
While I was watching the recap show, I remembered how much more spunky and outgoing Naima was at the beginning. I know she closed up for a lot of the competition, but I don't think she was "faking it" for the CoverGirl shoot. It was very natural...I just think she was opening up a part of herself.
