That wasn't a trial, that was just an arrainment to see if there was enough evidence to warrant a trial. But, you are right $500k's for arson!!

I believe it could have been Hardy Lester myself. They need to prove that he was actually in Mississippi. That seems like something that he would do, especially after playing crazy didn't work.
Bird was wrong for jumping all over Kenny. I guess if he would have explained that he NEEDED this contract (especially since he lost his biggest client of 10 years), she would have understood.
I don't know what is up with Jack, but he is one twisted soul!
