I don't agree with the basis of the testing (the number of kids in AP and IB classes means nothing... how are they doing? How's the rest of the population doing?) but I can say for one that I agree with my high school being on the list, at least based on what was going on while I was in school. I know that in my experience IB was like a whole other school within the school, but the administration and a few really dedicated parents made sure that EVERYONE got the same excellent education there. THAT'S what makes the difference... staff and parents who actually care.
