I was at IU Little 500 weekend and rumor is that Pikes have bought and will tear down Delta Chi's old house.
I dont care how great a new house they will build, that old Beta house had an ubeatable location and so much history. It was old, but they had no problems filling it. I'm sure the new house will be killer though. And its on North Jordan, which I guess isnt as tacky as being on the extension

Its a huge loss at IU whenever a fraternity or sorority sells their house.
It is very unlikely that the university will be selling any more land to build a new house and when organizations return, they have no where to go.
