Many HQs have already addressed this.

I don't see what the friggin' big deal is. Just deactivate the account.

What's more important? Conducting an honest recruitment or your FaceBook account? It's easier to just get rid of the account altogether rather than try to hide your affiliation. Even if you do the latter, it won't take a genius to figure it out when you have 920342304923502502352 friends who are XYZs.

FaceBook's dumb, anyway.
