I read this in Random and since you're posting here, I'll ask -
If these young women go thru the Alpha Ceremony at Founder's Day, how long is their Alpha Period???? Does school go another 4-6 weeks past Founder's Day? (Where I advise, the collegians are in Finals or near to it when we hold Founder's Day.)
