I got this in an email-- have received these 100s of times.... but what is the mathematicla secret behind it--- I am sure if has something to do with that 1755 or 1754 number---

YOUR AGE BY CHOCOLATE MATH
DON'T CHEAT BY SCROLLING DOWN FIRST!
It takes less than a minute....... Work this out as you
read.. Be sure you don't read the bottom until you've worked it
out!

You should have a three digit number .
The first digit of this was your original number (i.e.,
how many times > > you want to have chocolate each week).
The next two numbers are .........YOUR AGE!
Basically, how it works is that if you choose the number 1, steps 1-4 will give you 350. The 350 plus 1755 (or 1754 if you haven't had your birthday) gives you 2105 (or 2014 if you haven't had your birthday), which is 100 years from now. So if you subtract your birth year, you'll get 100 plus your age. If you choose the number 2 in step one, your answer after multiplying by 50 will be 100 greater than choosing number 1 as your starting number. Therefore, your final answer would be 200 plus your age. And it's the same pattern for all the numbers up to 9.
