I was actually cheering Ethan on today because he just let Theresa have it. And I personally believe that she deserved everything he said. The
only reason she pressed charges was in her hope of getting Ethan back. Which lets face it, that was a stupid plan in the first place. I mean come on, he went back to his wife. I just loved how she just
assumed that if she re-pressed charges that Ethan would just up and leave Gwen high and dry and say "oh Theresa I was so stupid to chose Gwen, I should have chosen you". Delusional much!!!!!!! LOL.
I'm looking forward to Monday and seeing who adopted the baby.
a little mini-hijack, I may be no lawyer but what I do know about the law and adoption, I believe the show is completely incorrect when it comes to Fox not being able to claim "his son". I don't think the "power of attorney" thing actually applies to adoption and waiving your parental rights. I believe in most states they actually need both parents signatures and if they don't get both signatures the biological parent can come back, sometimes years later, and claim their parental rights. I know that it is a soap opera and what not but geez when it comes to "legal" matters couldn't they be just a little realistic
