Um, ok, because resigning myself to the fact that I wil be hungry but healthy is supposed to make me happy?!?

I'm still not reading a clear description of it anywhere, though. Guess I'll keep looking - as I polish off my rice pudding!

ETA: Duh, you put the mypyramid website right there! It's wouldn't load for me though...
