I know that there are graduate programs out there that deal with fraternities, sororities, and secret societies. My boyfriend's friend is doing this program and says that it is very interesting. His career objective is to be a greek advisor. Our greek advisor is not a professor. I would imagine that his graduate background is probably the same thing as my boyfriend's friend. Maybe you can look into something like that.
