Dress in business attire or business casual, depending upon your office dress code. (Better to be over-dressed than under if you aren't sure; you can also call ahead to ask the dress code for orientation.)

Bring your Social Security Card and your Driver's License (Passport or State-Issued Photo ID will suffice if you don't have a driver's license or learner's permit).

You will be learning about the company culture, history and filling out forms. You will also learn about company policies regarding sexual harrassment, hostile workplace and disabilities, etc.

You will also receive some job training, and information on health insurance, 401K, etc.

Relax-- orientation is a classroom like experience to meet other new hires, ask questions about your new job and the kind of people that work there.
