Yes, I'd want all this stuff living in $outh Beach. But I'd rather have my own condo instead and not to mention this car I'm wanting to buy before I go down south.....It'd be my first car I buy myself without help from the rents. Its not brand new (2002), but it's tight and I can afford it.
I'd rather have a tight ride and a tight crib instead of having all the toys. I could care less if my place is empty. I still have my black leather couches from college and the living room table. I still have end tables and a dining room table. Other than that i dont really need anything else till a girl moves in with me.
