Thanks for the advice. I am kind of stuck with no one to lean on here (he is in the national guard so we don't live near a base) All of my friends who have husbands in Iraq live over an hour away. We meet for drinks or dinner once in a while but it is hard to schedule that with my job and graduate work.
He will be in for 2 weeks then leaves again for another 6 months. We got married last April and I have seen him for about a month in the last year.
I am very much looking forward to this. It is so weird to feel like this.
