Sorhors,
Amen to Sorhor Bluereign - I'm just glad that I have two teacher workdays coming up on Monday and Tuesday, because the Second quarter ended today in Fairfax County. Houston we are at the halfway mark-two quarters down and two more to go! Yes, I get a break from those very active 7th graders.
We still need a nice song for responsible people.
Sorhor Jojopeach - you can blame a lot of the problems for getting certified on the Bush administration and that "No Child Left Behind." Unfortunately, that's one initiative that's leaving a lot of folks behind - Teachers, students, parents, and yes, even communities. If a school system or rather students don't pass their standardized test in their core areas (English, Social Studies, Math and Science) and in their assigned grade levels then the school or system can lose their accreditation. Most folks want to live, work, and enjoy their leisure activities in an area that's doing extremely well. If the school system continues to fall short on the those test then most folks will begin to look else for their American dream.
Thanks a lot George W!
