I don't know if they will replace them....but the KKPsi and Sigma trees hadnt produced more than a few leaves since I came to HU...the AKA Ivy tree (not the one where they have a pink marble plaque imbedded in the ground) was still "alive" just overrun with ivy, so they took it down before it fell i guess.
