Actually, pads are actually great (IMHO!). I always use the Ultra Thins from Always!! They are usually great--but of course they don't allow me to go swimming, lOL!!
So if I finally get the hang of tampons, then I can go swimming regardless, and won't have to answer any questions from my guy friends who I usually go swimming with regularly.
