I don't mean to sound like I am knocking on ECU, but in NC a lot of schools post signs around campus that 1 out of __ have STD's, NCSU is 1 out of 4 and ECU is 1 out of 3. However, stats are only as accurate as the number of people who go and get tested at student health, where at NCSU you have more choices where to go.
