I believe all of WI has the "connect an arrow" paper ballots.

You'll see a list like:

John Kerry/John Edwards <-- ---
George Bush/Dick Cheney <-- ---
Michael Badnarik/whoever <--- ----
Papa Smurf/Big Bird <-- ---

And you connect the arrows.
