There are some valid points on that list, but most of it is hysterical bullpoop.
Being goth doesn't make someone evil. Goths aren't satan worshippers (although some satan worshippers may be goths, the two aren't connected), they're not necessarily into drugs. To me, it only means that he or she has a darker aesthetic than perhaps is mainstream.
A person who loves reading Edgar Allen Poe, is interested in the supernatural, gets a kick out of Tim Burton movies and doesn't necessarily feel he/she looks best in bright colors is eminently more gothic than, say, some kid who puts on Crow makeup and a black cape bought from Hot Topic and sashays through the mall giving all the "normal looking" people dirty looks.
Also, I have never considered Marilyn Manson to be goth.
