I attended my first meeting tonight at Pace as an Advisor. The following question came up and I am opening it up to all of you for your input:
There is no NPC currently at Pace. There are 2 Panhell groups, DPhiE and PhiSig. There are like 7 local organizations. Apparently, the new greek advisor at Pace is encouraging all the locals to become national organizations, like, by next semester. Can this even happen? I thought it was a process for any organization that took quite some time for a chartering to take place. The concern is that the locals are larger than the nationals at this point and could cause problems with quotas for the current nationals. Also I am not too clear on this but apparently Pace doesn't even recognize DPhiE and PhiSig in their Greek council "officially" from what some of the girls were saying because their numbers are smaller then the locals. The big problem right now too is our girls are being given a bunch of different messages by a bunch of different people (ie. the Greek advisor at Pace, PhiSig's advisor, someone from our org, etc.). Please advise
