We are starting a Loyalty Links for the new graduates - 1-5 years out of school. The plan is for them to still pay dues, participate in fundraising and philanthropy, and be our chapter members BUT plan their own events and socials.

I don't know how you areas are doing, but we have over 500 local alumna. Of that 500 we are in contact with about 50 and 10 of those have paid dues. We have reorganized in the past 2 or 3 years. We are making efforts at least!
