Not that I'm questioning DG's decision not to snap bid, but when you consider that the PNMs that are invited to Pref were there because the chapter understood they could be a new member the next day, the decision does appear to be a little shortsighted. That might seem a little simplistic, but I can't imagine not taking the full allotment allowed if at all possible. However, I doubt that 5 fewer members will make a difference in the long run, but I can't help thinking like IvySpice that there could have been room for a couple more in the new member class. I'm glad DG is pleased with how recruitment turned out for them--I guess in the end, that's all that matters.
CarolinaDG, the DG chapter at Ole Miss is a wonderful chapter, so all that you have heard is true.
