There are oh, so many stupid things people do.
One of the most annoying for me takes place at work. Since I work at a copy shop, our customers come in
all of the time with various copyrighted materials (books, photos, etc.). They want to make copies for whatever reason (school paper, send to their friend, etc.)
We kindly inform our customers that their item is protected by Copyright
Law. Then we offer solutions for them to contact the copyright holder(s) to get the proper permission to make the copies.
That's not what's stupid. What's stupid is that then these people proceed to argue with us. C'mon folks... it's a
law.
It's not me just being mean! And then 1/2 of the people act like they've never even
heard of copyright. Stupid people...
