Culture &Values Committee

Hi all.....I was mentioning in the young advisors section i wish there was more i could do as far as volunteering since the closet chapter is pretty much staffed with advisors....well once again i speak before i look...haha.... anyways, i came across this on the website and was wondering if someone could tell me a little more about it because the discription to me was a little vague.... it may be something i might be interested in and wanted to get someones take on it before i applied.
