If she made a false report that is a crime, and I am sure we could throw some others in there. Aren't there some laws against profiting off of a crime?

The other thing that gets me, is that how can the people involved in the justice system let it get that far. She may make a false allegation, but the evidence should prove otherwise. How can all these "experts" and well trained people involved miss so much?
