Oh yes, I agree. The person who ripped up the sign is mean and a creep. Only a big bully would do this to a little girl since there really won't be any consequences. I mean she can't take him on, and the father can't confront him since his little daughter is there. It's easy to pick on someone a small fraction of your size and strength.
