Spirit Week and Pref Planning

We're finishing up our Spirit Week and classes begin next week. All of us are very excited about rush this year. We've been Chapter of the Year for the past two years in a row and will only have to take about 20 girls during formal recruitment in January.

We've been planning our parties for FR and are discussing revamping our pref "celebration" (we're not allowed to call it a ceremony). We always have such great retention through the first three rounds of FR but then seem to lose the best girls after pref. We feel that our "celebration" is lacking and just isn't as touching or meaningful as it could be. We develop such great connections with PNMs during FR and really want to drive that connection home with them during the celebration.
