I say it is mostly a Southern Cal thing based on the many stories I've heard about and a small experience myself with the NPHC So.Cal greeks. IMO I think they have a serious problem with greek unity and have too much confusion over the word "hood."(in greek terms, meaning I don't mean "the ghetto" when I say "hood."
