We're not all delete-happy moderators. I think I've deleted/locked two or three threads in the D&R forum which is pretty good considering some of the content in that forum. I think I locked maybe one thread in the ZTA forum. The only time I delete individual posts is when someone reports it.
I really believe that most of the moderators are doing a great job and aren't quick to delete everything.
