Just because they make it in your size and it looks cute, doesn't mean you should wear it. Things look different on everyone. Hence why I generally don't buy out of catalogs- I NEED to try things on. If you're not sure what looks good on you, take a VERY honest friend with you.

I remember so many people from undergrad that were not a size 0 but just because some of their sisters were they thought (or were just clueless) it was cute to all dress in the same teeny tiny tops. Not flattering. I am not an ultra skinny girl either by any means and agree that you need to take a friend and try things on. Also basic black never goes wrong. This post reminds me of when our Rush chair wanted to order baby doll size rush tees. That did not go over well at all!
