HELP! Anyone else suffering the CA Power Crisis?

I don't know what happened, but my modem wasn't able to connect from 11:20 AM to now, 4:38 pm!! I think it's b/c of the Power Crisis--I called a bunch of my friends and they said they couldn't log in too. Do you think it's b/c of the Crisis?

Also, is anyone else being affected by the Power Crisis?
