oh wow! sorry! i didnt really read carefully.. just the top of birthday gift! sorry! i would take him out to a pretty place.. like for instance here where i live, it's great going out on this big cliff where you have to talk up these stairs to get there and it's all dark so it can be fun and when you get to the top theres these benches and you can sit there on the edge and look down and u see tons of lights and the lake is down there! great and very romantic!
so something of that sort would be good.. it sets the occasion
