Good question...I'm wondering if they even endorsed Bill Weld when he was Gov. here (and he was HUGELY popular; he's even mentioned as a potential replacement if Kerry should win).

Reading the Herald and Globe yesterday, the editorial on the new CIA head was a good indicator of where both papers' loyalties lie. While the Globe criticized the nomination, the Herald applauded it.

It seems like this election season both papers have been especially blatant in letting their views slip into news stories.
