Velentine's Day is just a bad day for me - let me tell you about yesterday. I wake up deathly ill - I think I have the flu. My eyes are so swollen that I don't even bother to put on my contacts or makeup. Well, before class I lock myself out of my car - while the car is running (don't even ask). Then, between my first and second class, some stranger comes up to me and hands me a rose and wishes me a happy Valentine's Day. OK, I know that I look like shit, I know that I look like the biggest loser in the world, but does he really think that having a stranger
pity me is going to make me feel any better?!?!?!?! Well, I wanted to go off on him, but I didn't have enough energy. Apparently, he was giving all of the girls that no one would touch with a cattle prod flowers out of pity for them. That did not make me feel any better. Then I went to the mall shopping (if no one is going to buy me a present, then I'll buy me a present!) and had several clerks ask me if I was buying clothes to go out with my boyfriend.
On the way to the car from the mall, I got soaked by a rude SUV. One top of all of this, the CD I bought is broken, I lost a hub cap, and a fish died. Yesterday was not a good day.
But, I am glad for those of you who had a great V-Day. I figure that I'll have good V-days sometime in the future - Cupid owes me!!!
