When I was coming home, the Canadian agent was such an ass, I wanted to shout out the window "Would it kill you to crack a smile?" Geez!
The U.S agent when I went to Ohio 2 weekends ago was very nice and even made sure we had the proper directions.
As much as I hate to say this, always expect problems from the Canadian customs agents.

Actually the male agents aren't all that bad. It's the women that are into giving people a hard time.
