i do not think that is in Florida. at least, it never happened to me. i mainly got jerks for cops.
anywho, several years ago, i got pulled over on school campus. the cop actually asked me if i can afford the $100 ticket. i told her no cause i seriously couldn't. then she said that because i could not afford it, i could go with a warning
i wish all the cops asked that, then my record would be ticket free!
