At the University of Oregon, Sigma Nu was the first fraternity. They were founded in 1900.
I don't know about the other fraternities, but I can do most of the sororities. . .

*Kappa Alpha Theta - 1909 (technically, they were founded as a local in 1904 and are considered "first sorority" by some.)

I don't know the founding dates of Kappa Kappa Gamma or Kappa Delta, but they're somewhere in the middle and they're both still open.
