I know at my house "8 minute abs" is huge (and other various work out videos, but this one especially). I remember last semester when we were waiting between serenades from fraternities (because they come at will from 8pm-12am) we kept popping in the 8 minute ab video (and of course starting/stopping/starting/stopping when the men showed up to serenade us

). It was hilarious to see because it was just a ton of kappa girls laying in our family room all doing crunches!
