Most of my neighbors are really quiet and keep to themselves. Then there are the ones next door who have one of those portable basketball hoops that you can roll out into the street. They have marathon basketball in the street all day and they sure take their sweet time getting out of the street if a car comes by. I'm just glad they don't play into the wee hours of the morning - most of the time they stop when it gets dark. I can hear the thump thump thump of the basketball all the way in the back of my house!!

If you want to look on the bright side of that, at least the kids are outside playing instead of inside watching tv, playing video games and chowing down on junk food.
