FMA to the floor next week?

The Federal Marriage Amendment is set for discussion next week in the senate, with a potential vote on Wednesday (my Hill sources last week had pinned it down for the 15th- just a day off).
Sounds like there might not be enough support in the senate to get past procedural votes to bring it to the floor.
