Since the early 1960s, the National convention has been in the week between Xmas & New Year. For the last 20+ years it has been the 27th-30th. Denver, Colorado is the location and you can go to

My personal feeling is that the Toast song change doesn't have a good chance of passing this time around any more than previous. Changing it doesn't require a majority, it requires two thirds just as any part of the ritual does. (Similarly changing the crest for example)
(And I'd just like to say that compared to the other thread, this one feels like a nice cool breeze)
