It looks like Jay-Z has taken up a new hobby since retiring from the rap game -- interior decorating. The veteran rhyme-spitter is among the honorees chosen to help design condominiums for the Bridge Street Development Corporation's fourth annual Show House affair in New York. The goal of the project, scheduled to launch Thursday, is to offer affordable housing for low-to-medium income families.
