As for Margaret Thatcher, I admit that I was uncomfortable with her speech. I thought it was rather harsh to keep bringing up the "evil empire" and other provocative phrases, knowing that Gorbachov would be there.

I believe it is Reagan's greatest legacy that, under his watch, the Cold War between us ended.

Let the Cold War animosities get behind us, as well.... not forgotten, but maybe not thrown in Gorbachov's face.
