Plus, we already know that Stefano isn't really dead. That was made clear before the murders started happening, i.e. Tony talking on the phone with him constantly.
Does anyone remember a conversation between Tony and Stefano, where Tony mentioned that Sami was the "key" ? I wonder if the writers have forgotten about that, or if it really will have some significance later.
