Last I checked they made toys and things but I don't remember seeing any doggy wear.
My dog wears a bandana but he's not into the whole shirt thing. I tried putting a little sweatshirt on him (it came with a really cute bandana which he does wear) and he just looked at me the whole time like "you must be kidding me."
Since you're in NYC you might want to go to
Fetch in the Village. I went there last time I was in NYC and got some cool things for Mr. Spoiled.
