Austin College

I posted this in the local board, but I figured it would get more traffic out here.

Does anyone know anything about Austin College, in Sherman TX? I found a website for a local there called Lambda Chi. Then I checked out the school's website, and it looks to me like all of the fraternities and sororities are local. I was just curious about it. Thanks.
