I was trying to make up the calorie/carb count for a sugar free vanilla (non fat, grande) latte at Starbucks. Well I used the nutrition facts from a gingerbread latte and took out about 3/4 of the carbs because the syrup is SF. However, for some reason, the protein count is at 40 grams... now I KNOW that ain't right. Oh well. It's still 203 calories.

Go to the Starbukcs website, they have all the syrups listed as extras, so you can just add to whatever you want to add to the generic nonfat latte. If you list the coffee by ounce (so define the serving size as 16 oz or whatever), and then you can talior it by size if you have a larger or smaller drink, and Fitday will calculate the calorie totals. I did that, and it's been working well. I also found
www.calorieking.com, which has a lot more foods listed than Fitday. So if you are having trouble finding something, you can go there.
As for my progress, I actually started trying to lose weight in the begining of May, and I have lost a full 5 pounds!! I am very happy, since I feel like I am finally making progress.
ETA: Jen, I went on the website, and a nonfat grande latte is 160 calories, and one pump of flavored sugar free syrup is 0 calories. A pump of the normal syrup is 20 calories.
