Good luck James! You can do it, bro. I have a confession, I've been feeling like a fat kid who can't keep his hands out of the cookie jar when it comes to bread. While I'm not getting fat, I just feel really bad for having 4 loaves of sliced bread in my freezer and one on the kitchen counter. It just burns me up knowing what I could look like should I not eat bread/pasta. My old diet consisted of just cheese, veggies, meat, water, milk and the occasional piece of bread. It was awesome, but expensive. My problem started when I decided I wanted a girlfriend. And it was just my luck that the one I chose was a bread lover. It got to the point where neither of us liked food that wasnt good homemade shit. We're trying to get out of that since homemade food puts weight on you like the pillsbury dough boy. Still, its hhhhhaaaarrrrrdddd to get back into the swing of things. Since we started eating like that she went from a size 3 to a size 5. I was like OMGWTF! Thats when I decided we both needed to get back on my diet. Still, once you let your stomach go a lil'while it takes mega work to get back to the Men's Fitness look.
