First this is IHO, and I can't speak for the thousands of wonderful, individual Sorors we have in our sisterhood (as we are a Sorority, not a clique, right Sorors?
).
I have no issue with Sorors having brands, and for those that know, understand why. I have a tattoo in lieu of a brand. I do, generally, not like it when women wear "body art" like brands and tattoos on very conspicuous places like forearms, calves, backs and the like. I got my tattoo for me, not for everyone else, and I have to live with it for life. Therefore, I gave some careful consideration on the most appropriate location beforehand. I am pleased with my decision. I have seen some wonderful brands and tats in very public areas of the body, it's just not for me.
So in sum, I have no issue with brands.
